Simply go to the “contact us” page and upload a close-up picture of the damage, followed by a distance picture from as far away as possible of the whole area placing a peice of tape or post it note next to the damage for reference. We also need the site address where the damage has occurred, and your details so that we can get in contact; your “address” “mobile number” & “email” . We will then email you a no obligation estimate for the repair.

Almost all damage, to almost any surface can be fixed. It will largely depend on if it is cost effective for you, typically we will repair a blemish the size of a 50 pence piece (25mm x 25mm), although very often the damage is either smaller or larger, which is why we ask for close up and distant images.

Our Head Office is based in Exeter Devon, although we have technicians operating throughout the Southwest, so if you are in Avon, Somerset, Devon or Cornwall, rest assured we can come to you, we even look after some customers in Dorset.

This will vary depending on complexity and quantity, each repair is unique, our trained specialist will review the images you send us and provide you with a no obligation estimate. For more complex work we will attend a Free of Charge site survey.

Of course it is always your choice, but to repair will often be less expensive, less invasive (you do not need to disrupt other surfaces) and it’s usually faster.
It’s also almost certainly greener and better for the environment.

That’s great, all you need to do is send us an email to accept the estimate. Our office or your regional technician will then contact you to arrange an appointment.
We will attend, complete the work, and if you are completely happy, we will ask you to sign off the works as complete, we will then send you the invoice.

Simple, you can pay us by automated bank transfer online, or from your mobile phone app, or you can simply pop a cheque in the post in which we will send you a receipt.
