Simply go to the “contact us” page and upload a close-up picture of the damage, followed by a distance picture from as far away as possible of the whole area placing a peice of tape or post it note next to the damage for reference. We also need the site address where the damage has occurred, and your details so that we can get in contact; your “address” “mobile number” & “email” . We will then email you a no obligation estimate for the repair.

Almost all damage, to almost any surface can be fixed. It will largely depend on if it is cost effective for you, typically we will repair a blemish the size of a 50 pence piece (25mm x 25mm), although very often the damage is either smaller or larger, which is why we ask for close up and distant images.

We will attend, complete the work, and if you are completely happy, we will ask you to sign off the works as complete, we will then send you the invoice.
